"Kerri Roberts is a 20-year HR professional with expertise in Operational Excellence and Strategic Human Resources across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, distribution, mortgage, higher education, insurance, and M&A. She holds a BSBA in Marketing from Columbia College and an MBA from William Woods University. Recognized throughout her career by organizations such as Women of Excellence, Women in Power, and Athena International, Kerri has made a significant impact in her field.

As an entrepreneur, Kerri owns a human resource consulting business dedicated to helping small to mid-size businesses grow and thrive. Her work with clients focuses on refining operations, improving company culture, and driving sustainable growth. While her company serves a broad audience, the primary focus is on small to mid-sized businesses looking to scale and overcome challenges effectively.

In addition to her consulting work, Kerri is the founder of Salt & Light for Women and hosts the podcast *Don't Waste the Chaos*. She is currently writing two HR-focused books and has served as a Senior Examiner for the Missouri Quality Award, along with involvement in the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award program.
