We are Mike Merrigan and Bo Kort. We're best friends and business partners who have been in business for over 30 years. We own properties and businesses across Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and Alabama. Our portfolio includes over 32 businesses and 120 commercial real estate properties.

Both of us are high school educated guys who never left our hometown. We come from a small town, Bullhead City, AZ, and built everything from the ground up. All our businesses have been a grind from the start. We see ourselves as business and real estate cowboys since we always take the "shoot first, aim later" approach.

To give you glimpse of what we have going on, we own one of the top motorsports dealership chains in Houston, TX (Houston Motorsports); an industrial fabrication/field service company in Houston, TX (Kort Industries); a chain of retail furniture stores in Arizona (MattressLand & Furniture), and a custom pool construction/landscaping company in Arizona (Aquatic Pools & Landscaping). These four businesses each generate over eight figures. In addition to the businesses, we have built our portfolio of commercial and industrial properties across the southwestern US for the past 22 years. We have NEVER raised money or put together a fund. We own 100% of our investments.

Now, we're taking on the social media landscape. We mainly focus our posting on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. The TikTok alone has over 50,000 followers and is rapidly growing.

Our social media is giving people a glimpse into our journey and unique outlook on business.

We're 100% transparent in our videos. The mission of our social media is to break entrepreneurship down to the basics and show people how business really works; to show what it really takes to be an entrepreneur. We have tons of stories and experiences; wins and losses; lessons learned that we want to give away for free. We're two small town guys that made enough mistakes to figure it out.

We think our backgrounds in business / real estate stemming back to the 1980s would make for a very unique conversation.
