Ryan Shank is currently running Cameo Ventures, a startup studio that starts and invests in early stage technology companies and digital assets.

In the past 5 years I've made 27 investments across a wide range of industries including B2B SaaS, marketplaces, D2C, and Fintech.

Ryan Shank started his career as COO at mHelpDesk, a B2B SaaS company that provides field service software to small and medium sized businesses. Ryan helped grow mHelpDesk to over $1m in ARR before raising any outside funding. mHelpDesk was ultimately acquired by HomeAdvisor in 2014. Ryan stayed with mHelpDesk for 2 years after the acquisition and ultimately left to start a new company in 2016. He founded PhoneWagon, a call analytics software company that helps small and medium sized businesses track inbound phone calls from marketing campaigns. After raising less than $2m in venture capital and growing the business to over $1.5m in ARR, PhoneWagon was acquired by CallRail in 2021.
