Stephen Lagomarsino is an entrepreneur and currently serves as the President of TRC Electronics. TRC Electronics is a leading power electronics distributor whose team is inspired to supply businesses in the electronics industry, the power to succeed.
Personally, Stephen is on a mission to help people achieve their full potential. TRC Electronics has become a vehicle for him to accomplish this by empowering his employees to pursue their personal, professional, and financial goals.
Stephen grew up being influenced by his father and a grandfather that were both entrepreneurs. Stephen embraced an entrepreneurial mindset and ultimately committed to taking their small family business beyond what these influential men believed was even possible.
In December of 2010, Stephen completed the acquisition of full ownership of TRC Electronics. Over the next 10 years, he grew the business 400%.
